The story of Kaiserin started with a simple, yet exciting idea: we wanted to reinterpret the Kaisercrumb and show how many possibilities there are in this classic dessert. We experimented for many months, traveled to Austria, where we tasted different recipes, and constantly shaped our own idea. During the journey, Kaiserin’s unique recipe was born – the Kaisercrumb that pays homage to tradition, yet offers something new and special.

On November 30, 2024, we opened our first restaurant in Budapest, on Ráday Street (Kálvin Square). From the beginning, our goal was to offer not just a dessert, but a complete experience – with a homely atmosphere, creative flavors, and a quality that makes you want to come back.

But the story doesn’t end there.

Almost exactly 1 year later, on November 29, 2025, we opened our second unit in Buda, at the Allee shopping center.

Our goal is to continue expanding in Budapest, and we are waiting for applications from our franchise partners from large cities in the countryside.

We believe that the Kaiserin concept can represent value throughout the country – and we would like as many people as possible to experience the new experience of Kaisercrumbs.
